Our Universal Orlando adventure wouldn't have been the same without our fantastic stay at Hyatt House Across From Universal Orlando Resort. This hotel perfectly blended proximity to the theme park thrills with the kind of comfortable, homey vibe that kept us relaxed and recharged after long days of wand-waving and rollercoaster riding. The location is truly prime - just a stone's throw from the park entrance. But what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered exuded genuine warmth and helpfulness, but the bar staff deserve a special shout-out. My daughter, decided to have a late night pool swim and we didn’t bring a towel down. The bartender offered to grab us towels from the front desk. Those little gestures made a huge difference, creating a sense of genuine care that extended far beyond the expected hotel hospitality. Speaking of exceeding expectations, our suite itself was a haven. Spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled.
